“Good Inside: Actionable Strategies for Parents”
SSALA is proud to present this season’s kick-off speaker and NYTimes best-selling author Dr. Becky Kennedy.
Dr. Becky, a clinical psychologist, bestselling author, and mom of three, was named “The Millennial Parenting Whisperer” by TIME Magazine, and is rethinking the way we raise our children. She specializes in attachment, mindfulness, emotion regulation, and internal family systems theory, and translated those ideas into simple, actionable strategies for parents to use in their homes. Dr. Becky’s goal is to empower parents and care-givers to feel sturdier and more equipped to manage the challenges of parenting.
